Your responsibilities

  • adherence to global IT security processes, procedures and policy

  • assist with security investigations to determine root cause, impact and remediation steps

  • planning, installing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Exchange server systems (Hybrid architecture)

  • monitor, document and report on system utilization and capacity

  • resolve escalated email routing, connectivity, permissions and filtering support issues

  • integrating with already deployed application

Our requirements

  • communicative knowledge of English (at B2 level)

  • deep knowledge regarding Administration of Exchange systems as well as further development of the corresponding system landscape

  • knowledge regarding Administration of Skype as well as further development of the corresponding system landscape

  • knowledge of Trend Micro Antivirus Software and Tivoli/SP Backup Software for Exchange

  • support of our Exchange /Skype systems on the 2nd level and 3rd (with vendor) support levels

  • monitoring, trouble shooting and governance of the corresponding servers and services

  • “housekeeping” of the platform

  • maintenance and revision of the corresponding documentation

  • collaboration in IT projects

  • knowledge of the Powershell scripting language
